CELLULASE “ONOZUKA”R-10 is cellulase preparation derived from trichoderma viride,and is applied for laboratory uses.
CELLULASE  “ONOZUKA”R-10 contains very high activity of decom-posing natural cellulose.
ACTIVITY
CELLULASE  “ONOZUKA”R-10 contains 10,000 units per gram of filter paper decomposing activity measured under the conditions as specified in the modified Toyama’s assay method,which is available upon request.
Various applications of cellulases and macerating enzymes in Japan were reviewed by Dr.N.Toyama.3)Partial purification of cellulase components of CELLULASE  “ONOZUKA”was described by Dr.K.Nisizawa.4)
